It is a masterpiece and one of the top course in Ireland. The greens are huge, subtly contoured and formidably well-guarded. The holes are superbly designed. |

This is not an ordinary golf course because it is Ireland's first and only Ryder Cup Venue. The European team won in 2006 on this course which is probably the country's most challenging inland layout. |

It is a masterpiece designed by a famous Irish architect called Pat Ruddy. He is also the owner of this wonderful site. It is an unusual golf club, because there is no committee, Mr Ruddy is the only person to decide what has to be done and it is a chance for every golfer that the course is open to visitors. One of the main characteristic of the course is the bunkers bolstered by railway line sleepers. Each round of golf is varied, demanding and exciting with no weaknesses. Many holes are amongst the best in the world. Tiger Woods set the course record of 67 during a visit in 2002. |

The course is also called ‘Baltray’, located 1 hour driving North of Dublin. It is one of the greatest links course in Ireland. The dunes are not as big as a few courses in the South West, but it requires a very good strategy. |

We could find this course everywhere in the United States. It is very spectacular and always extremely well kept. It became a 36-hole complex in 2005 with the addition of a second 18, called Druids Heath. |
